#BlotsTieTheKnot, Food & Health / 15.01.2017

One of the most highly anticipated parts of wedding planning for us has been the food tasting.  What we didn't realize is that it is much more complicated than just picking your favorite foods and creating a menu. First, we discussed what our vision regarding dinner style was. You want to ask yourself if you want a plated dinner, buffet style, family style, cocktail style reception or food stations. Side note: I'm not a plate connoisseur, there may be other options, these are just the ones I've been exposed to.

Hey lovelies! I partnered with David's Bridal to give you the first 2017 post of my new segment on the blog called #BlotstietheKnot! Under this tab, I'll be sharing all things wedding since I'll be spending the first half of 2017 heavy planning before I have to start my clinical hours for my graduate work. I had the opportunity to visit my local David's Bridal for their  "Meet the Stylist" experience and had way too much fun!

9 months after our breakup I pursued her again. I knew I wanted to marry Thaina but the “how” evaded me. I didn’t want to half have her anymore so on September 17, 2016,I’d ask her to be my Queen forever. Finally, the day came and I had it all planned out. I contacted a photographer friend to do a photo-shoot with her in a “garden type setting”. What she didn’t know is that I would be hiding around the bend with her family and friends waiting to surprise her.
