What inspires one to invoke change? How do you break the cycle of complacency and/or falling into the habits that keep you from living outside of the boundaries others have set for you? In my opinion, there isn't a set answer to either of these questions but rather variables that evolve depending on the circumstances in which they are asked. In other words, keep checking, keep asking and keep testing.
How often do you catch yourself doubting that you're able to achieve whatever it is your heart desires? Do you live a life constantly seeking the validation and approval from others? My guess is that, as I have, you've been there at some point or another. The cool call it low self, the articulate call it low self-esteem, few recognize they have it and even fewer seek to target its origin in order to change it. Why is that? How could we just accept and own our feelings of inadequacy?
