Hey lovelies! You wouldn't know this unless you follow my snapchat but I've been living in gym clothes and tennis shoes for the past few months. Fitness has completely taken over my life and I'm loving every moment of it! There's something about feeling yourself get stronger that keeps you coming back for more. I'm currently training for the Spartan race on January 30th but I'm taking a few days off because of a sprained ankle. I've never done anything like this before and I really don't want to let my team down, pray for your girl!
My prayer is that reflections are heavy at this time of year for you and heavy enough to provoke positive changes to bring into 2016. This world needs better people. Who better to start with than you?! :) Most years, I'm a New Years resolution hater. Why? Because they rarely stick. We often make declarations with no real plan just to be disappointed in ourselves by Spring. I challenge you to have the audacity to stick with whatever it is you'd like to attract in your life, not just in 2016, but for life. How? Revisit your plan and do it often. Break each goal into manageable baby steps. When you've hit those landmarks, create new ones so that you're constantly stretching.
