What’s your swagger?

This post was written in partnership with Coach. However, All opinions are my own.

swag·ger
ˈswaɡər/
verb
  1. walk or behave in a very confident and typically arrogant or aggressive way.
    “he swaggered along the corridor

I had the opportunity to partner with Coach for their spring 2017 collection and showcase one of their bags. Thank you, Coach! They named this arm candy appropriately cause when I walked out the door with this baby, no one could tell me nothing! I’m a woman of my own a force to be reckoned with. Every woman deserves to feel this way every day. Lately, I’ve been greatly aware of how easy it is to fall into the copycat syndrome. Being authentic to yourself and original is rare. I’m not sure if it’s because people are afraid to trust their creativity or just not creative, but it’s sad to watch people lose themselves in trying to be like someone else. I’m all for finding inspiration in others but the blatant attempt at duplicating what someone else has done is a disservice to yourself. Find your own swag, girl!

The army green leather, the practicality of a crossbody bag, the gradient gunmetal studs….yaaaassss Coach!

And for those who love to inspire but hate to be imitated remember the #199 rule of a Lady:

“Never be intimidated by someone who copies you because the original is always better than the sequel.”

I’m in love with those shoes!! And this was a good read. I get highly annoyed when I see “copycats” whether of me or others. It’s prettty sad but I like your positive spin on it!
